The hotel had a great location, close to Rama 9 shopping mall and amazing nearby restaurants. The rooms were comfortable with good beds, but the few questions I had about getting downtown were a bit annoying. The staff were friendly and willing to help with any requests, despite a lack of amenities like wood-fired pizza in the dining options.
